    I got great value for my money with a spacious, warm room that had modern amenities. The location was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

    Gorgeous and clean place with very good staff with excellent services. Heated swimming pool and marvellous and unbeatable location near national theatre, department stores and outlets, and Taichung. Quick check-in, smooth check-out. Not to mention free wifi...

    We recently stayed for two nights while exploring the area, and the experience was fantastic. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights. The room was spotless and well-appointed, plus the amazing views from the Moonlight Sky Bar were a highlight. Breakfast featured a good Taiwanese food corner, and the service was great, thanks to attentive and friendly staff. Tracy, in particular, made our trip nice by crafting a sightseeing plan for us.

    The spacious room offered comfort and city views.

    The check-in process was excessively long, with only two staff members at the front desk which felt inadequate for the number of guests. I was disappointed with the limited dining options at the hotel. The lack of variety made it hard to enjoy meals. I was frustrated that staff kept interrupting my business discussions just to clarify guest access limits at the executive lounge, quite unprofessional.

    The hotel was ideal and clean with pleasant staff who give us absolute service. Booked the property for its particularly good and absolutely perfect location not far from the main Shopping Malls, the public areas and supermarket and department store. Found a place called Natural Hakka, set minutes from the hotel, ate there a few times. The pool was good and we had complimentary drinks in the roof top bar...

    The beautiful double room was luxurious with ample space and beautiful decor. The staff were helpful, assisting with taxi arrangements and even capturing moments during late returns. The location offered great access to parks and restaurants for runs.
